Shipping Policy

​​​Thank you for visiting and shopping at Verity by TC, LLC. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

RESTRICTIONS

 

International Shipping Restrictions

​

Due to complex customs regulations, customs fees, shipping costs, tariffs, and/or tax laws, we are unable to process any orders originating from or destined to areas outside of the U.S.A.

​

Domestic Shipping Restrictions 

​

Due to shipping costs and extended delivery times, we are unable to process any orders originating from or destined to areas outside of the 48 contiguous states (plus Washington, D.C.) of the U.S.A.

​

​U.S. Territory, Military, and Diplomatic Shipping Restrictions

​

Due to shipping complexities, we are unable to process any orders originating from or destined to U.S. territory, military, and/or diplomatic designations.​​

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

 

Shipment Processing Time and Estimated Delivery Time

​

  • Our goal is for us to process your order within five business days and for you to receive your order within two to four weeks of placing your order. Particularly in the case of books that need to be restocked before shipping, the timing will likely be closer to four weeks. Although orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays, please know that we will do everything in our power to get your order to you sooner than four weeks. 

 

  • If we anticipate a delay longer than four weeks, we will attempt to notify you by email of the delay; so be sure to provide accurate contact information when placing your order. 

 

Shipping Rates, Shipment Confirmation, Order Tracking, Damages

 

  • As we know, shipping costs have gone up dramatically, particularly since 2020. We also understand how discouraging it can be to want to place an order yet be dismayed by the shipping cost during checkout, which can result in an abandoned cart. At the same time, someone has to pay for shipping. With this in mind, we have prayerfully decided to "share the cost" with our customers by not charging a separate shipping & handling fee, but by increasing our prices to be able to help our shop recover some of the shipping expense. With this in mind, we are committed to regularly researching prices and services of shipping providers to be able to choose those who offer the best value and service. (Please note that if your mailing address is a P.O. Box, we will be limited to using the USPS to mail your order.) We do not offer expedited shipping, as we believe the cost outweighs the benefit.

 

  • When shipping your order, we will notify you when your order has been shipped and will provide you with the tracking number. 

 

  • Once your order has been processed by us and submitted to the delivery service provider, delivery is out of our hands. That said, if you have not received your order within four weeks of placing your order (except in the case of us notifying you that there will be a delay beyond four weeks), please reach out to us so we may attempt to work with you and the delivery service provider to sort out the problem. The delivery service provider may require documentation from you if this route needs to be pursued.

  • Additionally, although all sales are final, and although we are not liable for any products that have been damaged or lost during shipping, if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive due to loss by the delivery provider, please reach out to us so we may attempt to work with you and the delivery service provider to seek a satisfactory resolution. In the case of damaged goods, be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods in case a claim needs to be filed. The delivery service provider may require documentation from you if this route needs to be pursued.    

 

Sales and Use Taxes

Sales tax is calculated, collected from, and submitted on behalf of Connecticut customers. All other customers are responsible for calculating and submitting their own sales and use tax, as applicable.

 

Returns and Refunds Policy

​

We do not accept returns and do not offer refunds, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Although we are not liable for any products that have been damaged or lost during shipping, if your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please reach out to us so we may attempt to work with you and the delivery service provider to seek a satisfactory resolution. In the case of damaged goods, be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods in case a claim needs to be filed. The delivery service provider may require documentation from you if this route needs to be pursued.
